  My husband has two instances on his record from May 2015... Relatively minor offenses. I made this agency aware of my husband's driving record before we became customers in Oct 2016. I hit a deer shortly after in Nov 2016, and had to file a claim. Shortly after that my monthly premium rose almost $200!!! And in March we received a notice that State Farm decided to not renew our policy, and it was due to my husband's driving record. 35yrs old.. And only two instances on his record. He's a pretty dang good driver and drives CDL for the company he works for. I truly believe we were denied a renewal because of the claim I filed when a deer ran in front of me on M72. To get my windshield repaired in a timely manner to be able to see to drive it until it could reach the body shop. I filed a separate claim, as I had a zero deductible for comprehensive. These two claims, the reason why people pay for insurance, cost us our coverage. Finding a different insurance company, and paying the down payment was not easy on us. As my husband has been laid off the past 4 months. It's caused me a lot stress and anxiety. I am 18wks pregnant on top of all this. The amount of times I called to speak with Jeremy Crum about our policy. Continuously pushed aside, continuously was told he would call me back, by both him and his receptionist Zabrina, had to be over 30 times. I definitely do NOT recommend this agency or any other State Farm agency. Do a quick Google search and read other customer complaints. All are very similar.
